While the rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, our experience was marred by the chaotic boat service, which was unreliable and added stress to our stay. The dining options were delicious, especially the local Kerala dishes, though the service could be inconsistent at times. Overall, it’s a picturesque location but be prepared for some inconveniences.
